My wife and I hardly know where to begin thanking you for our amazing new kitchen. Our old kitchen was inefficient and outdated. Now it is a stunning show piece. Everyone who sees it admires it and asks who did it.
Unfortunately, we initially approached a number of reputable kitchen "designers". We stressed our desire for a slick, efficient, contemporary design—something unique. However, each company offered us predictable designs like all the rest we've seen. We wanted something fabulous. One frustrated company replied frankly, "Well if that's what you want, go to Alan Cheung!" I confess, we hadn't heard of you, but the unwitting endorsement was enough to send us your way!
The moment we met you we knew we had found our man. You came to the house and began sketching ideas that were nothing less than brilliant. We appreciated your genuine enthusiasm and sense of humour throughout the project, and were delighted to be consulted in every single decision, right down to the kind of hinges to use.
Being a graphic designer, I thought I was pretty fussy about visual details, until I met you! The word "perfectionist" does not begin to describe you. As an interior designer and millwright, your expertise and commitment to the highest standards is an inspiration. We also appreciated your knowledgeable suggestions on matters usually left for clients to deal with on their own, including the flooring, lighting, appliances, etc. You even suggested the perfect dinning room furniture to compliment our open-design kitchen.
We feel so fortunate to have found you. The entire experience was so positive and enjoyable. We love showing off our dream kitchen and never miss an opportunity to recommend you.

Detail is so important, and you have made every part of the design work perfect. Everything fits. Everything looks right. I was expecting a wonderful kitchen/dining room. I got even more! Just wanted to let you know that the longer I use my kitchen, the more I appreciate it. I'm so glad we went with your design. Everything flows very so nicely between the kitchen, living room and dining room. I love the location of the various appliances, and the different heights for table, counter and ledge. It provides so much flexibility. I am glad we listened to many of your recommendations -such as taking the tile all the way to the hallway! It gives a nice defined space for the entrance so that it doesn't feel crowded like the side entrance. As you know, I wasn't convinced on the drawers, but do find I can fit more into them and keeping them organized wasn't the issue I expected. I also LOVE having two sinks and I love the size of them, since all my large pots/grills fit into them.
There is nothing I would change. The cabinets are wonderful. You and your crew did an exceptional job. If you ever need a recommendation or if you want to send clients over to see them, feel free to do so.
